{"id":70,"date":"2015-01-17T21:00:23","date_gmt":"2015-01-17T21:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.driverite.today\/?page_id=70"},"modified":"2024-03-21T04:26:27","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T04:26:27","slug":"policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.driverite.today\/?page_id=70","title":{"rendered":"Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Our Policy: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drive-Rite Driver Education Services will strive to provide you with exceptional service and share with you our knowledge and experience, in preparation to becoming a safe and responsible driver.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Lesson<\/u><\/strong> <strong><u>Information<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>:<\/u><\/strong> We offer Individual In-Car Lessons or you can choose from a variety of driving package\u2019s offered to suit to your driving needs. Each Package includes the number of lessons you choose and also includes our Road Test Package. Please Note: Additional lessons can <em>always<\/em> to be added to any package if needed. The Road Test Package includes a one hour pre-lesson warmup; use of the car for the road test and to be driven home afterwards. If you choose to use your own car for the road test the 2.5 hour allotted for the road test package can be used as lesson time. Each driving lesson is 1.5 hours in duration. We like to be flexible and if a lesson is shortened at the customer\u2019s request the time will be added to another lesson.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>If the driver instructor is late for an appointment, <\/em>please be patient. Traffic, weather or mechanical problems can present delays. Minutes lost will be made up!<\/li>\n<li>The school may cancel your scheduled appointment for any unforeseen circumstances. (Example) the instructor is sick, has mechanical troubles or is experiencing poor road conditions. Students will be notified as soon as possible. The lesson will be rescheduled.<\/li>\n<li>The school has the right to end a lesson if the student is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, or drugs or using abusive or aggressive behaviour. The lesson will be forfeited<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Students Responsibility:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students must provide a valid BC Learners Driver\u2019s License before each lesson.<\/li>\n<li>It is the student\u2019s responsibility to call the instructor in ample time if the pickup location has changed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Cancellation<\/u><\/strong><strong><u> Policy:<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/strong>Each appointment you make is especially reserved for you. Lessons can be cancelled up to an hour before the lesson with no charge.\u00a0 If using the school\u2019s car to do your road test and you have cancelled your test, we appreciate notice as soon as possible so the time slot can be reassigned.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PAYMENT \u00a0POLICY:<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>Full payment should be made before the start of your first lesson. If you are purchasing\u00a0 Package C, D or E, you can pay in two installments.<\/p>\n<p>All Road Test Packages to be paid in advance.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>REFUND \u00a0POLICY:<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>Customer satisfaction is a priority at Drive Rite Driver Education Services. If for some reason you cannot continue the lessons in your Package \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Please Note: No refund requests will be accepted after one year date of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Your written refund request would be important for clarity of the situation and to help us understand how we can improve services in the future. We appreciate your understanding.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>NSF CHEQUE POLICY:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Drive Rite Driver Education Services will charge $30.00 for any cheques returned by the bank as NSF.
